Guide Tags

For Law Firms

Directory Tags

Use tags to help the right clients find your firm

Tags help clients find your firm based on how you work, who you serve, and where you are located. When a client searches or filters on Law Firms in Kenya, tags determine whether your profile appears in their results.

You can apply multiple tags to your profile. The more accurately you tag your firm, the more relevant clients will find you. Do not apply tags that do not genuinely describe your firm. Misleading tags reduce the quality of your listing and erode client trust.

How to Choose the Right Tags

Only select tags that accurately describe your firm today, not aspirationally. Apply all relevant tags across different groups. A firm can be Full-Service, Nairobi-Based, Corporate Clients, and Chambers Ranked at the same time. Geography tags should reflect where your office is physically located. Recognition tags like Chambers Ranked should only be applied if your firm currently holds an active ranking. Service Delivery tags like Free Consultation should only be applied if this is a genuine and consistent offering.
